Texas Gulf Coast Figure Skating Club: Testing February 22nd

Jamie and I were invited out to the February testing of some great young figure skaters. This was our first time to take figure skating pictures and we had a wonderful time. We crossed over from the body checking action of hockey to the graceful nature of figure skaters. The accents were quite different between the two :). Everyone was so nice and helpful to us in explaining the premise and what all the acronyms were. We hope to see some more opportunities soon in capturing the joys, hard work and challenges of competition.
